Under Construction

On Friday afternoon, we had several parent volunteers come in to help us construct our gingerbread houses that we will be decorating on Monday.

We used a (washed out and sterilized) milk carton foundation to build our graham cracker and frosting houses. We also made sure to build extra houses for friends who weren't able to construct with us Friday afternoon.

Right now, our houses look a bit like the homes of the Whos down in Whoville after the Grinch stole Christmas. But after we decorate on Monday, it will look like Whoville after the Grinch's heart grew three sizes! Thank you again to all of the parent volunteers who came in to help us with our houses as well as to all of the families who have provided us with our house-making materials. as always, your assistance and support is very much appreciated!!!
